The Fixers, 3/2/20
“They don’t care about you, at all, at all, at all!” George Carlin
I fixed machines, flying machines. The people I see on TV don’t care
about me or people like me.
The people I see on TV don’t care about the plumbers who fix their
toilets or the electricians who fix their lights.
The people I see on TV don’t care about the HVAC technicians who
keep their air conditioning running in summer and furnace in
winter.
The people I see on TV don’t care about the farmers who feed us,
the builders who house us, the truckers who give us what we need.
The people I see on TV don’t care about the doctors and nurses who
fix us when we fall apart.
The people I see on TV don’t care about all of us who keep this
country from falling apart.
Which is why things are falling apart.
The people I see on TV are living in a fantasy world of fantasy
dollars and fantasy powers.
The people I see on TV wear fancy clothes, but none of them knows,
how a sewing machine sews.
The people I see on TV are the emperor who doesn’t know that he’s
wearing no clothes.
Because the people I see on TV only know what they knows.
Which comes out of that teleprompter hose
Or is it the other end of their alimentary canal?
For their comments stink and are so banal,
That one finally has to think, “Oh, it’s finally final.”
Time to turn off the television and return to God’s vision.
Or was it Buddha’s or Vishnu’s or Mohammed’s or yours?
Or better to have your bliss come from a can of Coors?
But on this it is for sure.
Those people we see on TV don’t care about me or yours.
Time to let them go.
Put them on ignore.
Take care of ourselves.
The way it was before;
The IRS and the Fed became,
The TV people’s game.
War, war, and more war
Every year, all the same.
Turn off the TV
And remain.
TJM
PS: The President they show in the middle of the poster is the killer
of more Americans than any other in USA history; Abraham Lincoln.
Well said my friend
Hey I saved three shovels used for clearing snow, the all need to be repaired, I doubt it is worth the effort. All are plastic with a plastic coated tube for a handle.
Cheap pieces of crap. At least the sub zero temps don’t shatter the plastic but I believe the sun does a number to them
I could fix them or re purpose them? But hey off to the land fill thy go

Thanks Craig. Those plastic snow shovels are cheap crap for sure. Everything seems to be a throw away nowadays. No snow here. 75F today and windy. Tons of pollen in the air from the fruit trees, wild mustard, clover, and grass. Ugh. Allergies for everyone.
